*Affliction [rank: incredable]-By means of this power, the character can cause a horrible wasting disease in an enemy. Use of this power requires a touch against an unprotected target. Normal clothing or costumes are no defense; neither is natural body armor. Affliction initially causes power rank damage. Again, body armor is no defense, but powers such as Resistance to Disease is. Each minute (10 turns) afterwards, the victim must make an Endurance FEAT roll against Affliction power rank. If the victim fails, she suffers power rank damage again. A new check is made every minute; if successful, no further checks are necessary.
Mind Rot. Instead of having physical effects, the Affliction attacks the mind and spirit. Damage is applied to Mental Health, and Psyche is used to resist.
*Biophysical Control [rank: incredable]-Alter the physiology of a target at power rank -1CS for every 10 feet separating the hero and the target and -1CS per extra target [only will be used on items, not people]
-Decay: power Rank damage, to items moving out in an aura effect, -1Cs ever five feet, five feet per rank
-Healing: target gains power rank health, green FEAT handles broken bones and simple wounds, yellow handles wound to organs, terminal diseases and non-fatal poisons, red handles mortal wounds, massive physical trauma.
-Regeneration: Heal health as above and regenerate lost limbs.
*Plague Carrier[remarkable] -Hero is himself immune to disease. The Character can infect the target with deadly diseases or cure them. The character has to gain the diseases before he can use them and starts with things like common flu etc.

*Poison Generation [remarkable]-The hero can administer a specific poison on touch. The intensity is equal to the power rank. If a red result is rolled, the victim takes power rank damage and must roll his Endurance with the following effects:
Red: half damage
Yellow: -1CS on all mental attributes and power FEAT rolls for 1-6 rds
Green: stunned 1-4 rds.
White: stunned 1-10 rds.
This only happens if a red power FEAT roll is made and is in addition to whatever type of poison the hero has. The victim receives an Endurance FEAT vs. the intensity to resist. Roll die to see effect.
-drugged- -1cs physical abilities 1-10 rds
-sickens- endurance feat or incapacitation 1-10 rds
-progressive damage- power rank damage on contact + next rd.

Cass was born to a rather wealthy family in road island, unlike other kids she could not go out and play, or even for a good time move to much, instead she was confined to her bed stuck with reading and her tutors, this of course made her a vary frail person, lack of exercise and social interaction, made her a vary small and shy person, as years rolled by she would sit in her room studying on matters that one of her age should not, things like genetics and ecology, around the age of thirteen, she started to notice things changing, the food she ate didn’t taste right, the plants in her garden would die for no reason even pets would start to get sick and die, and as she grow older things just got worse her sheets and bed would become tattered and broken in a matter of days , clothing as well. This just kept going on and as it did she would change as well, growing thinner and thinner from a lack of proper diet, the food she ate would turn rotten in her mouth and dust. So she left, after a time away she meet several people but, after a few years returned home. after time passed things changed the house became empties of sound, when others feared of those inside the police where called to find cass sitting at a dinner table with the to skeletons of her parents, they had died from her power and thus she was arrested and convicted of murder and exsiccated…. Well at least they tried to, they used a new poison on her but it didn’t work do to her strange physiology, and do to the law they could not try and attempt and exsiccation again so they where rather stuck, they told the press and other that they set her free but in reality they took her to a island based research lab to be her prison, there they tested and experimented on her, using her to test new treatments for daises, seeing if any had different side effect to mutants, for years she plotted and waited to escape and one day the chance came, one night daring a thunder storm she escaped killing all researches in her path leaving most with unexcelled ailments. Now she was back in new york, and they would pay, but first……. She must see her darling kitty, where was her mr. creed
